All inquiries and information requests coming to Ege University are being processed, distributed to the related units and followed up by the units of the Directorate. All internal announcements and communication are conducted via electronic mail system of the University. All cultural, scientific and social activities initiated by the Rectorate such as electronic invitation deliveries for certain events or the preparation of invitation displays are being performed by the Directorate of Press and Public Affairs.
Bulletin Ege with the mission of strengthening interorganizational communication has been issued and distributed on monthly basis since November 1st. 2003.
The printed materials such as Ege University Catalogues, presentation CDs, orientation guides for students are compiled, updated and published annually on regular basis by the Directorate.
All requests and claims coming from the units of Ege University are tried to be satisfied accordingly to University´s means.
The campaigns and social responsibility projects aiming to satisfy social needs of the society and provide participation for such activities are planned in collaboration with various institutions and organizations.in line with the goal set by 2005 that is to transform Ege University´s corporate identity into a "University Of the Public´" one.
